Royall Acres Farm Purchase Agreement For Great Pyrenees Dogs
Puppies have their first puppy shot, and have been wormed
prior to release.
Puppies will usually be 8 weeks of age at release.
Please note: Special circumstances or conditions may make
earlier release necessary. This is at our discretion.
New owners must take their puppy to a licenced Veterinarian within 7 days of pick up for health guarantee
to remain in effect.
Most puppies do have a few intestinal worms.
This is not unusual and why regular worming
is necessary.
Royall Acres Farm schedules puppy pick up dates.
Those purchasing a puppy from us should look at the
dates and times available BEFORE making the decision

If none of the dates are convenient, other arrangements
can be made with the following critiria:
Kennel Fees are $5.00 per day for each day after
our last scheduled pickup date.
No Puppy will be held more than 9 weeks
If puppy is not picked up by it's 9th week birthdate
said puppy will be offered to next party with no reimbursement
of deposit or kennel fees.
Inability or refusal to pick up
puppy by designated date is considered as "Breaking of Contract"
by deposit payer.
The kennel fee is payable in full before pickup.
We at Royall Acres understand that everyone's schedule is different, therefore, we give more than one pickup date.
When you pay a deposit, please indicate the pickup date and time you prefer.
Deposits are non-refundable. Please do not pay a deposit
with the idea of "thinking it over for a while".
Deposits are condsidered an agreement to a binding contract.
In the unlikely event that death, injury, or illness should occur to the puppy of your
choice, you will be offered another puppy or your full deposit reimbursed.
With payment of deposit, you indicate that you understand that
in some instances, with no fault to Royall Acres Farm, it's employees, owner or others associated with Royall Acres Farm, that these types
of "Acts of God" can happen, and you furthermore agree to not hold
Royall Acres Farm, it's owners, employees or any others associated with
Royall Acres Farm accountable for these "Acts of God".
